B Complex

B12 and B3 (niacin) play a role in your sleep/wake cycle which is also affected by your cortisol and stress levels. B12 is not made in the body but is also important in making red blood cells among other functions.

Suggested use is one tablet per day. This is a 100 day supply if taken as suggested.
