Meet Audra

Integrated Nutrition Health Coach

I am a mom of two wonderful kids, Zayne and Lydia,  and have been married to my husband Ronnie since 2009. We began dating while part of a triathlon club and even competed in a triathlon in St. Croix, VI the day before getting married on a beautiful beach there. When I am not driving my kids to and cheering them on in their many sports, I enjoy reading, writing, travel, and spending quality time with family and friends. I moved to Texas from Minnesota in 2005 to find new adventures and escape the cold. I would consider myself a Texan now! I am a praying woman who seeks the Lord first in all that I do.

I have been interested in how the body works and how to support it to promote peak performance ever since I was a competitive gymnast as a child. My interest in learning and solving problems led me to immerse myself in deconstructing what effects energy, performance, sleep, injury prevention and recovery, and even mood. I have thrived in sales and marketing careers and have also been a stay-at-home mom. Through each of life’s seasons, my passion for learning about and implementing wellness strategies for myself and my loved ones has never wavered.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at TWU in 2012, have been a Certified Personal Trainer through the Cooper Institute, and am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. In many ways, I have been mentoring and coaching others into better health for most of my life, but recently decided to turn a life-long passion into a career. If you have any questions about fitting nutrition, movement, and joy into a busy life, I’m the person to ask!

MY HEART

My focus is to help busy women understand what health looks like for them and how to incorporate healthy habits into everyday lives so they can live empowered, joyful lives. My lifetime of researching, experimenting, and studying what health truly means has led me to profound personal discoveries outside of conventional health information. I believe that when you discover aha moments that improve your quality of life in tangible ways, you reach back and help others in need of the same freedom and progress. I stepped into health coaching to apply my passions and gifts to help others lead healthier lives by not only supporting them nutritionally, but guiding them to discover strength, truth, and love within themselves.

With good health, you have freedom. Freedom to explore life, experience joy, unlock your potential, and live each day to the fullest. Your future depends on the choices you make today. I not only say you CAN restore and maintain health in the midst of your busy seasons, you MUST. Tomorrow is never promised. Today, and every day, you can give yourself and your family the gift of a present and energetic you. You can stop living to survive each day and start thriving.

What would dreaming of the future look like if you have an abundance of energy today? Life is beautiful and so are you when you glow from the inside out.
